You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for your personal educational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization.
6. User-Generated Content
Where the platform allows you to submit, post, or share content (such as comments or discussion contributions), you retain ownership of your content but grant Hesluri a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and improving the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain features or courses on our platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly stated before purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our Refund Policy. We encourage you to review course details before making a purchase. Refund requests may be submitted to help@hesluri.com.
7.3 Billing Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the platform, or us. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
